So they have an  identity crisis  and are looking to  find    themselves , but outside of God, they never will. It is also about not understanding absolute truth. And, This lack of understanding our  identity   being made by God for a relationship with God  [by having life in Christ; being redeemed from sin]... it is an attack on God . Not understanding this or even being told about it.... really leads...
